Hi Pat! I just checked the offer out and it absolutely works! You need to be in the payment process of your check out. You will see a note in the PAYMENT METHOD section that reads "You have $5.00 in e-GiftCards or promotional credit available for use toward this purchase. Would you like to apply it?" I had the same problem I tried to use the discount and it just kept sending me to target and when I checked out the wasn't a $5 discount. I canceled the order

you dont need a code for this coupon. The link must be a special link. i clicked on the $5 off order link and i was redirected to the target website and when i came to the checkout page, i saw $5 discount automatically. so it worked for me. thanks.
